Our 5th GEx Conference officially opened the UniFair 2018 event in London to the audience of senior international student recruitment Managers from across the United Kingdom, Australian and for the first time, Chinese Universities.
Mr Philip Hao, CEO of Learning without Borders, welcomed the Lord Clement-Jones CBE DL and Chair of Council at Queen Mary University of London as the Host at this event once again alongside John Bramwell, the Head of Education from the British Council and Erica Ramos, International Student Representative from the National Union of Students (NUS) joined with Patrick Atack, the Deputy Editor from The PIE News as our guests.
Professor Robert Allison, Vice-Chancellor and President from Loughborough University – awarded University of the Year 2019 by The Times Good University Guide – also spoke of the University’s strategic programmes including the Global Links project, Volunteer Zambia initiative as Loughborough's unique international partnerships continue to develop.
Vivienne Stern the Director of Universities UK International, completed the sector-leading line-up with her inspiring comments on the tremendous successes of the UK international Higher Education education world-class sector.
Whereupon the audience of senior University student recruitment managers agreed that there has never been a better time to seek the career-defining opportunity of studying in higher education across the United Kingdom in 2019 and beyond.
